  • Occupying 67,000 square metres, the multi-purpose Tesco distribution centre supplies the majority of Tesco stores in western Czech Republic. It is the largest grocery warehouse in the country and a peek into the internal operations of such an establishment is eye-opening to say the least.
  • Tramcars have characterised the city of Prague for the last century and the Museum holds numerous examples of past tramcars, showing how modern technology has adapted and modernised this useful mode of transport.
  • Bohemian Glassworks is located in the region of Lusatia, an ancient glassworks area rich in large beechwoods and old castles, where substantial part of famous Czech glass products was being made for centuries from the medieval times. The vilage of Skalice itself founded in early medieval times has been for centuries one of the centers of Czech glassmaking and from here also comes some of its very best pieces.
